To install a whirlpool, a suitable location is essential typically in the garden, on a terrace, or on a balcony. A permanent power supply is required, along with a fixed sanitary connection for the Valhalla Whirlpool.

Water filling is fully automated and can be controlled via the Vistapool 3.0 app, available in the Apple Store. The pool and app are connected during the installation process to enable seamless operation.

For installations on balconies, terraces, or in conservatories, the load-bearing capacity of the floor must be assessed by a qualified technician. It’s also recommended to avoid placing the whirlpool under trees or shrubs that shed heavily, such as birches.

The following structural requirements must be met:

  • Water supply: Sanipex pipes (16mm) with a minimum pressure of 4 bar

  • The sewer connection does not need to be sloped, as wastewater is pumped from the system

  • Internet connection

  • Power supply: 2 x 16A / 400V

Ensure the whirlpool’s power cable is connected directly to the designated electrical distribution board or fuse box, protected by an RCD. The power cable should be routed through the floor.

Using salt water in the whirlpool is possible, but we recommend using either iodine or a salt solution, with iodine being the preferred option

 
 
No, the Valhalla Whirlpool tub requires a permanently installed electrical connection. A conventional power socket is inadequate. The installation must be performed by a certified electrician and the connection must be protected by a residual-current device (RCD)
 
 
 
Operating costs fluctuate with the seasons, being lower in summer and somewhat higher during winter. The circulation pump consumes just 120 watts, and both the LED lighting and heating system are designed to be energy-efficient.
 
 
Following receipt of the down payment, the delivery time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. We will keep you informed of the delivery status in a timely manner and coordinate the installation schedule with you accordingly.
 
 
You can easily reduce the whirlpool’s temperature through the app. Additionally, by opting for a service contract, a technician will perform regular maintenance and monitoring during your absence.
